  13. Just once I wish there was a free yoga video (for losing weight) with the voice separate from the movements. Like, record the video, then add the instructions. Spending too much time talking makes me have to take a break in between poses..

  15. OH my gosh! This is wonderful! I am a beginner and I love this! I feel so good! I hate exercise that makes you grunt and feel like a man is working you out! This is for sure something I can do and maintain! Thank you for sharing! I will be doing this one and the other videos for sure!

  16. I physically couldn't hold myself in certain poses for that length of time. My hands would slip under my mat and this made me feel useless. I am a proper beginner and this felt like I couldn't do anything becuase I wasn't flexible enough. Sticking with Adrienne I think 🙁

    I’ve been doing other beginners videos and if I did this one first I’d never want to do yoga again. Lol. This video is actually super difficult. Like I appreciate it because I need to whip my body into shape but i don’t think it’s really beginner

    Question am i suppose to be so shaky while my legs are in the air.10:53 and even shaker while trying to lift up? I have two kids so my abdominal area is very weak but i cant seem to lift up . Is that normal?

    I am a definite beginner and I really enjoyed this.  It was a challenge, but do-able!  I work out regularly but Yoga is completely new to me.  I'm sure I'll be keeping up with this channel for more!
