  22. heyas, danielle! this is still my FAVORITE workout routine! no matter how tired i am after doing a workout for an hour, i always am eager to do this one at the end!

    another suggestion: i was looking at some Industrial Dance videos; it looked like fun, so i tried it… OMG, what an aerobic workout! check it out, maybe you can do an industrial dance tutorial/workout! 🙂

    I did this workout for the first time today. It seems more like a glutes and legs workout than abs. Either way it was a good workout and fun!

    When i did the side punch i ended up dabbing.

  48. THIS WORKOUT WORKS!! I lost 3 kg and my legs are really toned! I did this for about 1 month now. I didn't have a clean diet though, but you'll see results quicker with a clean diet and drink tons of water also. It takes longer if you don't clean your diet. But stay motivated and don't quit!!!
