  3. I have also found overnight oats online for a variety of flavors and find it helpful to prepare the night prior to eating for a on the go easy healthy breakfast.

  4. For someone who has a variety of food allergies I sub for things I can not eat such as almonds I would omit or use non dairy milk or lactose free milk, or water. I have learned to sub alternative flavors for anything I can not have or just omit them.

  15. Steele cut oats are our favorite of all hot cerals. I cook mine in whole cow milk w/2 teaspoons cinamon, 1tsp sugar of choice(white, brown or caster) cook 30 min add pat of butter and a little local honey if need be.
