    Hi there, I have purchased your bundle and loved watching all your videos – curious as to why the rice pasta? are you GF or is it better option than wheat pasta for losing weight in your opinion? I have tried searching through your books but can't see an explanation as to why rice pasta and not wheat. Thanks!

    Hey – I would like to know, how do you calculate your calories ?
    I use the method – 1 g Protein = 4 calories and the same goes for carbohydrates and for fats it is 1 g = 9 calories.

    please let me know, if you count your calories that way too!
