  10. Great video, Hana! I had been struggling with weight loss for many years, even though I was training a lot, I had to adjust my diet. In my opinion, an essential component of any diet is Calorie intake.     Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 Tomatoe, cucumber (cut). Season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes.

    Lumch: Tuna salad. Slice lettuce leaves finely. Canned tuna drained. Season with salt and pepper. Wedge of lemon/lime.

    Dinner: Grilled chicken season with salt, herbs and pepper. With salad/ vegetables.

    Snack: Banana and 2 dates.
