    Ok anyone…because of tons of food allergies I tend to have a rice cake with a smear (not much or I can't swallow it) of peanut butter with banana, or dairy free yoghurt with strawberries and raspberries.
    I'm allergic to eggs, pork, lamb and virtually all fish and seafood. I can't have gluten either. So any ideas anyone? X
    I don't particularly like turkey bacon, it tends to be highly processed, mechanically removed turkey stuck back together 🤢gross!
    I might as well put the full list in case anyone has some good ideas for me, rather than me appearing rude keep saying no. So…no animal milks or eggs, no potatoes, pork, lamb, seafood or fish, tomatoes, too many oranges make me hyper! No kiwi, pineapple or apples (I miss apples, I look sad in shops drooling at them) melon except watermelon (I don't know why) no gluten x

  20. I tried this and this really works… cut down completely on carbs, eat lots of beef and greens. My diabetes controls got better in just 3 days and after a month cutdown on Janumet ( Januvia50| Metmorfin 1000) from 2 a day to only one , after 2 months I started to skip even more often depending on glucose monitor reading.     Quit with the bacon. Give folks options like,beef or turkey or,chicken,bacon. Pigs don’t sweat,to rid,themselves,of toxins They eat flesh even rotted flesh if it is in,their pen. Their absorbed toxins go into their fat so they are not a healthy food source
