Munagaku Dosa

Ingredients

Drumstick Leaves-half Cup
Flax Seeds-half Cup
Sesame Seeds-half Cup
Onions-1 Finely Chopped
Greenchillies-2
Ginger-1 Small Piece
Dry Red Chillies-2
Turmeric Powder-half Tsp
Rocksalt-as Per Taste
Ghee-2 Tablespoons

Method

Dry Roast Flax Seeds for 3 Minutes in Medium Flame.
To This Add the White Sesame Seeds and Roast Well Without Burning.
After Cooling Make a Fine Powder of These Two in a Blender.

Take a Small Mixie Jar and Make a Coarse Paste of Dry Red Chillies and Ginger.

Now for Making the Dosa Batter Take a Bowl.
To This Add 4 Tablespoons of Flaxseed-sesame Seed Powder,ginger-redchilli Paste,turmeric Powder,grated Coconut and Salt.
Mix Well.
To This Add Some Water and Drumstick Leaves and Mix Well.
Do Not Add Too Much Water.
Batter Should Be of Thick Consistency.
For Making Dosas Heat a Tawa.
Add Some Ghee.
Spread Some Dosa Batter .
Sprinkle Some Finely Chopped Onions and Green Chillies.
Cover It With a Lid and Cook.
Make Sure to Cook in Medium Flame for Atleast 3 to 5 Minutes.
This Dosa Takes a Bit Longer Than the Usual Dosas.
Be Patient While Making Them.
Turn the Dosa and Cook the Other Side Also for 3 Minutes in Medium Flame.
Healthy Drumstick Leaves Dosa Is Ready to Serve.

For Making Chutney for This Dosa,heat a Pan Add Oil.
Add Cumin Seeds,green Chillies and Ginger Pieces.
Fry Well.
To This Add Mint Leaves and Coriander Leaves and Fry for 2 to 3 Minutes and Switch Off the Flame.
Take a Blender
Add Coconut,garlic and the Fried Mint Mixture.
Add Salt
Make a Fine Paste and Serve the Chutney.

Serve the Drumstick Leaves Dosa With the Mint-coconut Chutney.
