  1. I have never ever done any exercise, I hate it – It's my New Years resolution to start doing it. 2 days in a row I've done this video now I'm so pleased. Thanks so much for your videos, I finally have a way to exercise that's not so tedious and I can do in my bedroom haha!

  2. BBS is a must, it seems like a lot of hopping around and your like okay like that's not hard, but lol it kicks your ass literally when your doing the workout. I'm no dancer at all with no coordination and it is still fun to do, especially since I'm drenched in sweat after her cardio workouts. Thanks POPSUGAR and BBS for bringing us this workout!

  4. Dude this was amazing! Thank you so much for putting this on here for all to see. Reminded me of when i was a teen watching all the Making The Video boy band videos on MTV. i was always so jealous of them doing choreography because it looked so fun. id try to do it with them and it never felt like exercise because i was so focused on looking just like my idols. I definitely worked up a sweat and instantly subscribed for more.

  8. Thx so much for this great workout! Two little things would make it even more fun for us at home:
    1. If you would teach the routine starting with the left side so that we at home can start with the (mostly better) right side.
    2. Some dance aerobic music where it is easier to hear the (32) beat (even Simone is struggling ;)) so you can really start the routine at beat 1, because this gives you an additional rush of energy.
    Otherwise it was really great fun doing it and having the feeling to do it together with a fun group of geople. Thx again! 😀

  10. My story about this video: First time I tried the moves, I couldn't go past 10 minutes. I was sweating and panting like a dog. I felt disappointed but chose not to give up. Second day, I went up to 15 minutes. I have been pushing and pushing, and today, 2 weeks later, I have mastered all the moves! I even know everything Simone says and all those comments Hanna makes LOOOL… "I feel it" "burn baby burn" "whip it, whip it, whip it, real good" "sexy!" everything. I look forward to doing this every day or at least 5 days a week. Hopefully, I'll see the results soon. However, I'm not worried about the numbers that much cause the mental peace that this work out has given me is amazing. I work from home and the silence and lack of physical exercise were nearly driving me to depression. Now I look forward to this routine, after which I take a shower and FEEL AMAZING! Thanks girls.

    This is a wonderful workout to ease back into fitness, which I've been slacking on for 2 to 3 months. I've done one to two workouts every other week, but I used to train 6 days a week, and this is finally giving me the motivation to get back into the game. I stopped working out due to my work which went from 8 hour days to 16 hour days and its all at a desk. I've experienced a lot of pain in my legs and swelling in my joints from not moving enough and I'm only 23. If you're not active right now, it's really bad for your body, so get working out people. Even if it's just 30 minutes a day. I totally lost it when I started feeling weak in my legs, due to blood flow slowing down and my joints not getting properly lubricated. Get off the couch and go for a walk or something! I'm never going to slow down again. Biggest scare ever. :/

  17. exercises were so so. Warm up was more effective than the dance. This trainer is always all about ballet dancing, which is a bit annoying. you all sound so exhausted in the video whereas you are all super trained and those are super easy for you, the exercices are not that challenging, even me who is not trained or sportive

  20. I dance and I do workouts, but to keep up with this let me look like an old lady trying to do fitness for the first time and steps a bit. Well, I laughed at least. =) need to practise more to get the moves fast and correct
