The Best Time to Eat to Lose Weight

Dr. Berg talks about the best times to eat to lose weight. The technique we are using a technique called intermittent fasting to solve insulin resistance. And don’t worry about losing your muscle, because both Growth Hormone (GH) and testosterone will protect you against muscle loss.

But the goal is to only eat two meals a day, however, for most people they must start with three meals a day and gradually transition to two meals a day. However, the best time to eat is 11:30 in the am and then at 5:00 pm in the evening. Add protein, greens, and fat with each meal. If you add more fat with a meal, you will be able to go longer.
However, this is the fastest way and even the easiest way to lose belly fat.

    I was very bad with sugar up to a year ago (cake, cookies, cinnamon buns etc). I am trying to go from 3 meals to two at this time. However, now it is fruit (natural no canned) that I can't seem to leave along, and drink lemon water to curb the cravings. Is there anything that helps you curb wanting fruit?

    Im 27 yrs old. Weighs 129kg. I am currently on my 5th day of IF 18:6 with 2 meals but only on my 2nd day of ketogenic diet because I knew it after I had already started IF. I work at night from 11pm to 8am. First meal at 3am and last meal at 9am. I can’t do the 11am to 5pm eating schedule due to my work schedule. Is that alright?

    What when do you eat fruits? From what I understand, fruits' enzymes are best absorbed when fruits are eaten by themselves, not mixed with other types of foods.

    I try to tell my friends about how I've dropped so much weight so quickly and how easy it is ( most of the time lol) I feel like they don't believe me…it seems too simple to them I think. Society has set us up to think that you have to kill yourself at the gym or stave yourself with more calorie low fat diets ….so when I explain what I do to lose weight they are confused by it…

  44. I don't care for eating. Can I just eat at 12 and 9 every night and still see these benefits? I have been trying to lose weight but all I see is the "main thing" eat better stuff. I eat avocado and yogurt for breakfast, nuts and carrots and fruits for lunch and the. Grilled chicken for dinner. I just want to lose my belly. No snacks and I weight train. I have been doing this for 3 months and still have a gut. I weigh 210.
