Healthy “Kulfi” Oats | With Pistachio Cardamom Saffron | Zaffran Elachi Pista | Pakistani Recipes
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey or unrefined sweetener
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 teaspoon saffron
2 tablespoons crushed pistachios
Combine all ingredients (except pistachios) in a pan, stir well and cook for 5 minutes.
Let it refrigerator for atleast an hour before serving.
Add any toppings you like, almonds, pistachios and a pinch of saffron work very well!
