Moreover he took steroids to build body in gym and now he is misguiding to innocent public. Please stay away, any injury which you get during workout may harm you and affect your daily life.

  36. By doing daily jogging my weight decreased from 68kg to 66kg in 30 days, I take daily corn flakes, carrot juice and sabji rotti as per indian diet. What to include which dont let me weight go down. I run 3-4km daily and do 50 push ups (30+20).
