Hey guys,
Today I am Sharing with you Masala Oats recipe. Eat & lose weight with it. Its very healthy, high fiber diet, good for heart. This diet lowers cholesterol, lowers craving for food, keeps you full for long, maintains blood glucose level and helps in weight loss, quick weight loss, weight loss without exercise.
Ingredients required:
– Chopped vegetables (Onion, Tomato, Capscicum, Carrot, green chillies, etc )
