I’m going to introduce very interesting Japanese weight loss exercise. That is long breath exercise invented by Japanese guy whose name is Miki.

Long breath exercise is a very innovative, efficient method to train core muscles by breathing hard and slowly. It’s very intense, but if you continue in a correct way, maybe you get sexy body like him.

Here is how.

First, cross your legs a bit.
Close your anal very very tight.
Put 90% of the body weight on the back foot. Lean backward in straight. Do not bend your back too much, otherwise you get back pain. Be straight.
Inhale in 3 seconds, then exhale very hard and very slowly in 7 seconds. (demo)

At the first 3 or 4 seconds, exhale almost all the air, then continue to exhale to empty the air.
Use all the body muscles when you exhale. That’s the key to train inner muscles.

This is ab breathing, which means that you breathe in from the ab, your ab becomes smaller. (demo to show ab)
When you exhale, the ab becomes bigger. (demo)

Repeat this 3 times, then go to the next step.

Do the same exercise, but this time breathe in and out both from the ab. Imagine that your ab and back attach each other.

Repeat this 3 times, that’s it!

This is like only 1 min, but if you continue on a daily basis, it works to train inner muscles to improve your metabolism.
