  6. Meat is foreign to our bodies. If we didn’t season and cook meat, we wouldn’t eat it. That is why animals like lions, tigers etc, can eat meat, because they got the teeth, they got the digestive system and they eat it raw. Just saying. Eating meat is not natural, although myself eats shrimp and tuna. I don’t eat much turkey or chicken because it disgusts me.

  7. Omg, I am currently trying to lose weight and I feel a difference but I don’t see one quite yet. I went from eating so many high sugary processed foods, consuming thousands of calories a day, to eating 1500 calories and healthy Whole unprocessed Foods. My digestive has cleared up(I everyday verses what I used to go, like once a week) and I feel more energized.

  14. Excellent, I somehow learned these things in my 30's…but when you hit 60, the metab. slows alot….SO!!! Nowadays, i still avoid the processed junk, but i fast from breakfast until dinner. Right before the gym, I will have a cinamon roll, or muffin(I know, super- processed)..but then i burn that off in my weight workout…so far i am down to 150 lbs. and my abs are starting to show again!!

    All well and good but we dont hold all the fats and sugar and protein we eat. So out of 60g of sugar we only absorb 18 to 20g.

    The only time you can burn fat is after the insulin is down and all the sugars/carbs are depleted then your body will burn fat for fuel. It's what humans have done for millions of years. Humans from 40,000 years ago look the same and have the same DNA as humans of today. They didn't eat 6 times a day..Once a day if they were lucky. Animals and vegetables. There were no Vegans either. They ran on fat (ketosis)there was no processed sugars. Intermittent fasting easily cures type 2 diabetes. Sugar is the problem.!
