  11. Hi. I would like to lose weight. I have been brisk walking, Cycling on the stationery bike and doing HIIT. As I have knee pain, my doctor discouraged me from running. Do I have to do exercises over a long time or intensity is more important? Please advise. Thanks.

  15. The heart rate was up but achievable! I like how you can swap between the modified or harder versions depending on what you are wanting to do. Makes it more or less challenging as needed. Thank you!

  19. Definitely challenging if you are not fit or a beginner like me but the modified exercise and length of the workout make it achievable. I always look forward to my daily exercise with Lucy and have been exercising near enough daily for about 2 months with Lucy…I cannot actually believe it myself πŸ˜„

  25. This was good for me, out of breath and feeling good. I tried to do one set of each on the right and the rest on the left.

  26. #DONE 😍 I found the workout to be moderately challenging. Meaning I was challenged but did not find it to be impossible. Which I ❀️, in fact, I liked it so much I did it two times. I like the length of the workout because it allows you to do it once if that is all the time you have or repeat if you would like.

  27. This workout was perfectly challenging and helpful for gaining confidence when returning to exercise. Felt good! So happy I did it.
