– 1 cup oats
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1 cup or approx 15/20 dates

Optional:
– 1 tbs protein powder
– 1 tbs hemp or chia seeds
– 1 tbs flax seeds
– 2 tbs almond butter

    Trying to loose weight
    But also i always have those moments that i feel i want to give up and eat
    Sweets
    I tried this recipe
    I enjoyed it so much
    It is really healthy
    I added some chia seeds, almond milk and it taste just amazing 👌🏻

  15. I made these already 3 x and I love it. My only alteration is raw cocoa powder instead of protein powder and I use less dates (only 8-10) to have it less sweet. They are still really, really sweet and so delicious! Thank you for sharing, Annie!
