  13. If I'm in a rush, I like to make myself a smoothie for breakfast with some youghurt that is low on fat, strawberries, mango, banana and pineapple. Mix everything in a blender and you're good to go! Tastes yummy 🙂 You can also make a coffee and banana milkshake if you need to wake up in the morning. Just mix black coffee with a half a banana and low fat milk to taste, Works perfectly 🙂

Great video!  I agree with what you said.  Also I've heard that stone cut oats with fruit is a good breakfast food.  And I've been making green shakes.  I put a bunch of greens (spinach, romaine, chard, kale) I usually use one type of green until it runs out and then rotate to another type of green (I've read that it's very important not to use the same green for too long because it's not good for you), I then add a frozen banana and cut-up pineapple (or whatever fruit, frozen or not, that I have on hand) I use water and mix it in a vitamix.  It tastes pretty good and is great for you!  If it's not sweet enough I add a little bit of agave nectar.

    I'm the same way with the low blood sugar, have to have a lot of sugar thing in the morning and it was always so hard for me not to eat really sugary foods in the morning so thank you so much for this video! 🙂
