    Thank you. I rarely exercise because of my busy routine, but after spending so much time in front of computer my body is really stiff. Im trying to lose 25 pounds, this is a great beginning.

    i'm a person who didn't do exersice since i graduated from high school
    its been 6 years
    so for my lazy body this video for a beginner is little bit hard
    so i suggest to do stretch slowly for 3 days until your body gets a bit flexible
    then on 4th day you can 1st do 5 min stretch and then do as this video shows

  35. Good warm up video. If you are a decent level of fitness you won't sweat. It'll raise your heart rate and get your muscles warmed up and loose ready for a workout.
