Women, primarily STAY HOME MOMS often struggle with weight issues due to time restrictions.
We thought to shoot a video that can help ladies in losing fat at home with basic moves.

Can’t go to the gym? Gym is too far? Too expensive? No gym in your city/village? You can do this series at home and lose weight.

  13. hey sunny…dino here..i seen ur diet plan nd day1 video with sukhiji..today i did workout of urs morning nd eveng but i noticed last excercise pulling legs up nd low down without touching ground…u askd us to notice sour or pain..after doing i felt there is pain in abdomen ..as if i cant easily getup my abdomen is getting tight..want to ask isit am doing right..help me out

  30. hey awsome guidance …sir can u please elaborate the diffrence between pain and soreness again…i started workout and my body gets pained ..i dont know wether its pain or soreness …with the passage of time i get more strength jo step me phle mushkil me kr ri thi wo easily ho raha ..now secondly my knee has gap that pain after workout and every workout has knee burden what should i do i also have to lose weight plx do guide ..i found you a good trainer ..plxz answer my questions … ????? any one
