CHIA PUDDING BASE RECIPE:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk)
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. maple syrup (or your favorite sweetener)

Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar and stir well. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 5 days. Enjoy with your favorite toppings.

1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
tiny pinch cardamon + ground cloves
2 tsp. chopped raisins

Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar and stir well. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 5 days. Enjoy with your favorite toppings.

dash of cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar and stir well. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 5 days. Enjoy with your favorite toppings.

  11. Freeze a peeled banana in a zip lock 1-2 days, then blend it with 2-3 tbs peanut butter and chocolate protein powder or cocoa powder, coconut milk and enjoy chocolate PB banana protein milkshake, or add chia n mix, then refrigerate overnight and enjoy chocolate PB banana protein pudding.

    I finally made a chocolate version of this last night and ate it this morning for the first time. How delicious! Mine came out more like a mousse, but delicious just the same. These are now in my food prep rotation.
