  21. One more thing: I’d expected you to have more of a muscular built, but you seem rather average-sized to me. Don’t get me wrong, you are in no way skinny or obese, but a chiselled physique and going shirtless will give you an impression of credibility. Call me shallow but if you can’t tell the difference between sprinting in place and actual locomotion that taps on our evolutionary heritage of bipedalism over distance, then at least wow me with your killer abs and glutes

  22. I bought your Anabolic Running 2.0 program recently. I experimented with both sprinting in-place, and with actual sprinting over distance. The obvious conclusion: sprinting in place can NEVER force your body to expend the same amount of energy required for actual locomotion, i.e., sprinting over even a short distance like 10 yards. And so, I’m not sure why you’d want to use that method in your indoor anabolic running bit of the program. It just doesn’t make any sense. Why not shuttle sprints that require you to stop at the end point with a sprint-in place while you turn around and make a sprint to the other end?

  37. Is it better to do this without the 30 second breaks? because after the first week it was getting too easy so I just started to do them back to back and only took a 30 second break after finishing a full set.

    I do a 10 minute core workout, I did it everyday for the past 2 weeks and my goal is to get my body toned, I also decided to add this to my cardio workout, and I watch what I eat now, I'm pretty skinny but I have some Belly fat I wanna lose so do you think this will really get me toned faster?
