  29. for anyone that ask whether this is effective or not,,, trust me i've been doing this exercise but not everyday coz i'm TOO LAZY .. but this is the simplest thing ever to do , though 😑.. i usually do this exercise once a week, seriously .. then i realised the change of my butt and thigh.. it is so obviously change a little bit..depends on your effort, bitch! if you are lazy like me, then u will notice a small change.. now i want to continue doing this until i get the shape i want so..
