  6. ive never done so much less effort I was doing these exercises from 4 days and I had alot of backpain today am I doing it wrong or is it because my lower back is really weak also when I do the heel touches the two bones in my neck feel likenthere going to break maybe im not doing it right man I needed to make abs 🙁

  20. shoulder sore is what i felt in the first days specially the flank step up. but now i adopted.

  21. I've done this 4 days in a row now and I swear my back pain is already going away.
