  3. I'm doing this workout and I love it but I'm really feeling it in my neck and thighs even though I'm focusing on my abs that is what's stopping me the most. First time doing it and I pudhed through but failed on the psycho and hands to knees crunch in the end.

  5. whenever I do this I feel nothing in my abs. I do the breathing and I tense my abs whilst doing it but I feel no burn

  19. This was great! You should do a quick preview of what the exercises are going to be before you start. I was running to grab heavier dumbells at the end of the first set because I didn't know what was coming next. Just followed along. Thanks for the great workout and I'm sure I'll try this one again.

  20. My neck and back are more ruined then my abs (which I don't have;)). Does the neck and back suppose to hurt so much while doing this workout?

Scottherman the destroyer you killed me I was about to give up after round 2 but I said am not letting you out do me note those phyco crunch is brutal I don't think I finish one of them strong all of them I was force to put my shoulder blades down and finish it either that or die that's how hard it felt I don't know about anyone else but I do abs alot but never I have sweat so much that phyco was the hardest now I know why you put the standing obliques in #4 cause that's all you can do after that thanks Man hope to meet you one day I hope you don't my long message am just amaze
