  13. Guys it's really working. I have been doing it for about 2 months (later I stopped) but after 2 months my stomach was really flatter and smaller. Try it out!

  14. Not exactly doing this for a flat stomach. I get very guilty whenever I eat, so i do this every day so i dont feel as guilty. I eat around 1500, and im 12 years old and im not sure if that counts as overeating. I feel like it is. Im 86 pounds and 5 feet tall

  19. I just got a foot cramp from doing flutter kicks when I thought I can stretch my foot as pointy as hers 😂😂😂😭😭😭

  20. 1st day: I kept taking breaks transitioning from work out to work out
    2nd day: Hurt way more I don’t know how people say it was easier on the second day😂😂
    3rd day: I’m currently not there yet but I will keep you updated 😉
