    Hello dear! So, I'm struggling with sme compulsive eating and feel I over-eat on sweets, and peanut butter / really want to get a hold of my cravings for dairy ( the sweet things!! ) and milkshake / ice creme etc. so what i'd like to know is, i don't do eggs, but they have many dairy free mayonnaise options and even non dairy cheese / creme cheese. can I somehow use these to substitute for eggs?

    Not sure if i can do the chia seeds without them soaking, maybe i should try it. I do the chia seed pudding often and my kids are addicted to it. (the kids are not on keto)

    I recently started making keto cereal in the morning. I toast unsweetened coconut chips in the oven at 300 degrees until they turn golden brown (about 10-12 minutes) They burn easily so keep an eye on them. Once they are out of the oven I add sea salt and powdered low glycemic sweetener (I use Tabletop Chicory Root) then cool for a few minutes. Put them in a cereal bowl with unsweetened coconut milk. It reminds me of corn flakes! You can of course add berries, slivered almonds, chia seeds etc.
