Hi everyone, this video gonna gives you some ideas of what to cook for breakfast. I also put all the ingredients and where to get em (if I didnt put it then it means you can find it anywhere). 💜Monday: Avo-Egg (good for low-carbs day)
– Riped Avocado: IDR 8000
– 2 Eggs: IDR 3000
– Salt & Pepper

Chia Seeds 250 gr: IDR 55.000 (Up to 2-3 Months)
Sunflowers Seeds 500gr: IDR 40.000 (Up to 2-3 Months)
Pumpkin Seeds 250 gr: IDR 40.000 (Up to 2-3 Months)
Shredded Coconut 250 gr: IDR 19.000 (Up to 2-3 Months)
