    I do this everyday sometimes twice, and I only eat two times. In the morning some milk and cereal and in the afternoon some eggs with a glass of water, sometimes I eat three times and if I do I eat a salad. I cut the junk food down a while ago ago and i also walk/jog with my dogs in the free time. It is tiring I'll admit but you'll admits just to it, some people thing this is ludicrous. Anyways, I'm 13 , height is 5'2 I weigh 8
