  3. Hi Lucy, thanks for all the workouts. Ive been doing them daily, the 7 minute ones, but I dont see any results, and I'm in my 3rd week now. I am sure my metabolism and hormones are impaired, but I dont know what to do about it. Drs wont take me seriously and they dont have any answers anyway, and I cant go down the route of naturopaths and herbalists etc because they cost too much; even if I sell my soul I wont be able to afford them. I try and research online, and based on my research I am taking lots of useful vitamins and supplements. But the lack of results is really getting me down. If you have any clients with similar problems, and you know what worked for them, I'd really appreciate it if you could share the solution here. Thank you.

I work in a sitting position all day long by the computer and by the end of the day my back is killing me, I don't feel any strength in it, I'm slouching and loosing my posture.     I'm having simple surgery in a few days (just 3 insertions in my tummy each about 2cm)…
    I don't want my exercise routine to slow down too much while I recover (doc says 1 week to recover), which gentle exercises can I do while I recover ?
