    Thank you so much for this! Wouldn't expect it to burn, but my arms feel worked!
    After being in the hospital and on strict health restrictions including bedrest, I got like 20lb overweight. Doesn't seem like much to other people but to me, it just feels awful. Combined this to my routine to get my arms looking decent again! Just started today. Wish me luck!
