» Peanut Butter Granola
[makes a few servings] – 2 cups rolled oats
– 1/2 cup peanut butter
– 4 tbsp maple syrup
350°F for around 10 minutes

» Carrot Cake Oatmeal inspired by Lifesum
[makes ~2 servings] – 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1 cup water
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 cup zucchini [sliced] – 1 cup carrots [grated] – 1 apples [sliced] – pecans to top

[spices]:
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp nutmeg
– 1/2 tsp ground ginger
– 1/2 tsp ground cardamom

» Raw Vanilla Almond Bars
– 1 cup almonds
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 12 dates [soaked/soft] – forgot to mention I add 1 tsp vanilla
[add water to food processor if having hard time pulsing together! it can be tough depending on how much water is in your dates]

» Granny Smith Smoothie inspired by Lifesum
– 4 kiwis [skin on!] – 1 granny smith apple
– 1/2 cucumber
– 1 small piece ginger
– 1/2 cup water

  27. People keep saying how oatmeal is so filling and you mention that it burns slowly and keeps you full, but I have always found the opposite. Whenever I eat oatmeal for breakfast I find my stomach is growling within an hour or so. Do you know why this might be? I do love oatmeal but I feel like I always end up eating more than if I ate something like an egg on toast.
