    The rows i dont get that one… Women dont need lats its one of the muscles that really makes you look big.

  6. Save some time get read of bent over row ,dead lifts, and good morning's and just do powercleans and add some neck work yes women should do some neck work

    I had high hopes for this video, but I was badly disappointed. Your form is horrendous and you look more interested in actually sticking your butt out and that's probably why your back is at suck a bad angle. It's a shame because I'm looking for videos that are done by woman for a reason.

  12. find a real trainer, this is terrible instruction. Very,very few people should consider doing Goodmornings! You can watch the Athlean X channel (*geared towards men AND anyone serious about doing it right) Jeff over there is a Physical Therapist and is a top notch channel.
    Idk why he ever sanctioned Axx for fluffy pink barbell routines and more, each with a different, less knowledgable person than him. he should have done a series for women with himself coaching one or two of these gym " babes".
    Not to mention the form is never thoroughly discussed and even less often done correctly. hello buttwink and no, absolutely zero discussion about injury prevention.
    Better to find a good body weight channel and get lean that way. I like bodyweight warriors.

    I find advice here on YouTube and the exercises she's recommending are mostly good..good mornings are no longer recommended. They severely compromise the lower back. There are other alternatives to build muscles. I've never seen a squat done that way but I work with a trainer who is a physical therapist and he has me do Sumo deadlifts which engage more glutes and much less lower back. Her form is not great. There is Butt wink. Form is paramount..I can't stress the importance of good form, to prevent injury and to engage the proper muscles. These injured can be acute or overtime of using poor form it's a gradual decline..and snap..there goes your lower back. If you've never done any of these exercises, have someone watch you, who knows what to look for, and do them with no weights. If you've never lifted before or are just starting…find a good trainer. Use YouTube to learn but run it by someone who either is very experienced or a professional. I recommend watching several others youtubers, especially physical therapist who discuss weight training. I usually watch male geared Youtubers which is geared more guy to guy but this is still a male dominated field. The same laws apply to the exercises..nutrition I'm sure would be different but I haven't found a female on here who is truly qualified or knows enough to give adequate information in regards to bodybuilding or weightlifting. I use Athlean-X, BobandBrad ( kinda dry but good info), Elliot Huse, and if you want to just laugh you booty off I use the Hodgetwins. I recommend at least a few sessions with a trainer though. Your stance, your back, shoulders..posture, posture, posture! No need in building a booty if your backs thrown out of whack and you can't shake it.

  16. Her posture is really bad in most of them. Please learn properly before doing exactly what she is doing or your knees and back will be crying.

  18. HI, I ONLY GOT MY FIRST BARBELL, AND I DID YOUR EXERCISE ROUTINE. I REALLY ENJOYED IT, I FOUND IT VERY CLEAR, AND UNDERSTANDABLE. I WAS SWEATING LIKE I NEVER DID BEFORE( COULDN'T SEE) FROM SWEAT, AND NEXT DAY I FELT IT IN MY GLUTE AND LEG AND ARM, AND BACK, AND SHOULDERS, AND CORE, AND TUMMY, MY CALVES,EVEN IN MY WRIST I FELT THE WORKOUT. THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD. I TOOK ME ONLY 25 MIN, TO COMPLETE, AND I WILL DO IT VERY OFTEN. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT VIDEO! FM 41 DUBLIN

    Hey Jessica, (or anyone who can answer my question) I've been lifting for about 2 years now and I really enjoy it, but lately I've really been suffering from asthma and I have issues with breathing while lifting. Is there a specific way I should be breathing while lifting in order to control it more? Please let me know thanks!!

    You still have no ass, sorry to inform you, these exercises are not doing much for you.

  25. Squats don't work every muscle in your body lol. And sure you have to keep your core tight while doing them but squats don't target your core.

  26. squats target your quads more than your glutes. you don't want a flat back like that on a row that can cause an impingement in your thoracic part of your spine. deadlifts are a complicated compound movement and should not be attempted until full understanding and control of your body is reached or you could seriously hurt yourself or someone else.
