4 Healthy Breakfast ideas for work II Quick & Easy II All timed



Full instructions below!

1. Toast & protein shake:
4 (small) pieces of multi-grain sourdough
topped with avo & smoked salmon
protein shake:
scoop of protein (I use Pranaon – salted caramel)
200ml of almond milk
100g frozen zucchini
fill rest with water & ice

2. Protein pancakes:
blend 1 banana, 1 egg and scoop of protein (add in dash of almond milk if it is needed)
cook with coconut oil for 1-2 mins each side
mix 150ml of yogurt (I use full cream – no added sugar type) with 1 tblsp of rice malt syrup
top pancakes with yogurt and mixed berries

3. Left over vege omelette:
chop any left of vege you have in the fridge
cook in coconut oil for 2 mins
mix 2 eggs, salt, pepper and dash of almond milk
pour mixture into pan with veggies and cook for 2 min
add goats cheese on top
put in grill (in oven) for 2 mins or cook for longer in pan until cooked

4. Death by chocolate super smoothie bowl
blend 1 frozen banana, 1/4 avocado, handful spinach, 200ml almond milk, 1 tblsp of cacao, 1 scoop chocolate protein (i use Pranaon plant protein) and ice
top with fruit and granola

  3. I have to be at work at 7am and honestly I only wake up like 30 minutes before I have to be there (it’s a 10 min drive). So I usually do 1.) 2 hard boiled eggs and 1/2 c 1% fat cottage cheese. If my carbs are high I’ll bring a instant oatmeal with me. 2.) 1/2 c black beans, 2 eggs with cumin, fat free cheddar cheese, salsa. 3.) breakfast sandwich on bagel (or bagel thin) with eggs, I found a new Greek cream cheese that is great, either Canadian bacon or turkey sausage. 4.) sometimes I’ll make kodiak cakes the night before and put it in my dash mini waffle maker I found at home goods and freeze that so I’m the morning I can pop them in the toaster.
