  10. Okay so this workout is great and I'm glad I found it. It's my second time doing it and I'm trying to lose 30kg/66lbs because I'm overweight.
    On the first day I only did 15 minutes because I already worked out with a different video for 25 minutes and I felt tired hehe.
    8th October my body hurt after yesterday's workout but that didn't stop me. I did the full workout this time and I'm feeling great. I also done another workout for 15 minutes and I'm going to do a short 10 minute one after this. I currently weigh 80kg and I have lost 2kg since last week! (My diet started on the 3rd of October and I haven't had anything sweet to eat since 🙁 …)
    I will continue updating after every time j come back to this video

  14. I like this but I'm too sore from yday. My legs are shaking like a baby deer just learning to walk. I was hoping for something fun to help me stretch out the muscles. Another day for this. I don't wanna injure myself.

  18. Honestly, this was the first ever workout I have ever finished. I always lose motivation when I exercise to other people's workouts and I binge eat and repeat the cycle again (which led to my eating disorder, I starved myself and exercised a lot WHICH IS NOT RECOMMENDABLE PLS DONT DO THIS) and I gained weight in my recovery and now I'm healthily exercising and trying to cut off eating junk foods, processed foods and literally anything that will make me gain weight, drink a lot of water this is the best advice and exercise daily, take a one day break and never overwork yourself 💓 I'm gonna do this workout every Saturday and Sunday and eat less so I hope I can lose 5 kg or more. My current weight is 50 kg so I want to reach 45 kg
