30 Mins Cardio & Core Interval (Burn Belly Fat!) – Beginner & Advance

Please READ this box for more info. This Workout will burn up to 350 Cals per session! This is suitable for both beginners and those who are more advance. I’ll be guiding you through an easier alternative as well as a harder option.

In order to Burn Belly Fat effectively, we need to incorporate total body workout together with core exercises. Total body cardio workout will help to shed the excess fat off your belly and Core exercises will help to strengthen and define your tummy.

We will alternate between 4 minutes of cardio with 2 minutes of core. We will be doing 4 sets in total with 1 minute break in between.

Each Cardio exercise will last 45secs with 15secs rest and each Core exercise will last 30secs with 10secs rest. Do this workout 2 – 3 times weekly and have a healthy meal plan to go along with it, I assure you, you will see results!

  18. although this was posted years ago, this video was such a good work out! I haven't worked out for a long time so it was a huge struggle for me to finish this workout. Nevertheless, I did it and my tired body is drenched in sweat & it feELS SO GREAT! Going to keep doing this workout for 2-3 times a week <3 ill try to update weekly for anyone who wants to know how it's going! 🙂

  19. 3 years ago i was 9 stone 6 pounds and wanted to to get to 8 stone but didnt think it would happen as quickly as it did… I done this work out 3 times a week and cleaned up my diet in just 3 months I was at my target of 8 stone… i swear by Joana Soh big love from Ireland as I am back to it again after having a baby…

    i wanted to ask something so i started doing cardio 30 min for 2 and half week but i did gain 3 to 4 kg and i became so discouraged and stoped doing cardio did someone gain too am i the only one what schould i do??( sry for my bad englisch)😆

  28. My weight was 52kg in the past 1 month and reduced to 50 kg 2 weeks later after I did several workout from YT. Then it stayed at 50kg and keep fluctuating up and down depending on my meals even though I workout like usual for that week.

    After that only I found Joanna's channel and I started to do her workout, and guess what..my weight reduced to 49kg and it stayed there regardless of what I ate for that day. I'm so happy 😆

    Does that mean I finally burn out my fat?

    I just can't do strict diet my body can't take it. I'm eating like usual. Maybe that's why it took some time to see the result

  29. Hi I'm really out of shape and only managed the first 2 circuits, only just! Is this ok? I didn't want to over do it and hurt myself. I intend to do this video on my days off, I work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week. I really enjoyed this and I hope to build myself up to the full 30 minutes within a month. Any hints and tips you can give will be greatly appreciated

  37. Today I was able to finish this workout finally. Today was my third attempt to finish this. in earlier sessions I was barely able to finish for 15 minutes. I'm happy as I finally did it but also being truthful I was able to finish first 20 minutes as advanced and last 10 minutes as a beginner. Next time will surely try to complete the whole set as advanced.

I'm just starting so I think I will do this the week end and keep my usual routine for the week… I couldn't do everything but I changed the stuff I wasn't able to do with exercices from my mom's karate warm up. I hope it'll work lol I cut out all the junk food already… this belly will thin out or I'll meet it in the pit.
