  1. Hey coach K. I have been using these workout videos for a long time and probably did almost all of them. They really do help me and you make it fun and encouraging of course. Im fitness maniac so these are great for me. Especially on days that I don't feel like going to the gym so this is perfect. I would always try other workout videos but in the end I always come back to yours. Thank you for taking the time to make these. This also aid in building muscle as well?

  4. Great workout, thank you! Appreciated the combination of strength, balance, cardio, weights and abs. Only feedback I have is that the first round was a bit long and repetitive (I ended up increasing the intensity and revising on the last round).
    Great classes overall. Going to do an ab one now 🙂

  11. This video has great information, but I'm not sure about the best diet plan that I need to use, only because I have never taken any. Anybody tried using the Fenoboci Diet Plan? I have noticed several folks mention unbelivable things about Fenoboci Diet Plan.

  19. If you're doing this one for the first few times, I'd recommend only doing 3 rounds of each as opposed to 4!
