  40. I am down from 360 to 174. I love your workouts. I can be at the gym on the elliptical for 45 minutes straight and sweat way less than doing this workout. Thank you guys for being inspiring and giving us great workouts. You guys have helped me transform my body in a way I hadnt thought possible.
