    Day 1 (quite easy still keeping up a sweat)

    Day 2 (much harder! Working. Up lots of sweat, still can't see a difference)

    Day 3 (easier! But still not losing anything, it almost looks as though I've gained weight)

    Day 4 (easier, still no difference :/ getting really boring)

    Day 5 (easier but now I'm doing more of the moves quicker, still can see no visible difference)

I've been doing this for a week , feel better now , hope to expect a lot of changes in future ….. my upper body is slim but my lower body is not good & irregular due to big butt and fat thighs , I don't know how to shape them ….. by doing this exercise , will my lower body shape well & become slim ?????? And for how long should I do ????? Suggestions please …..!!!!!

  32. Currently, I'm 16, overweight and on a diet. I just did day 1 and it really was a sweaty and burning session! I'll keep updating this each week as I go by! My goal is to do this workout 4-5 times a week for two months!
