    Hey Coach Kozak & Claudia this is a Brilliant workout I am for years a fitness freck the only time I ever put up weight was baby's or when I was very ill a year and half ago I had 8 operations every few months I always did my own workouts at home then I looked at your site when I was ill in bed and I was actually using small weights from my bed I realy have to thank both of you for making me laugh getting me up of the bed when I was told by doctors not to move for 9 weeks every time I had operations but I rested 5 of those weeks each time got up put on my utube and started slow I lost 4 stone since Last November I don't know what that is in pounds. Claudia I do everything coach does but I copy you in the push ups even when I was younger I only could do them from my knees don't know why I seem to have no strenth in my arms going down if you understand what I am on about , Claudia thank you for helping me year and half ago start of slow my tummy muscles are still weak inside due to IBS started but I won't give up I can see my body going back all ready like it was 2years years ago thank ye guys see ye tomorrow for my abs workout xxx

  16. Hi ı m Just doing your workouts and ı liked it.however ı m wondering about weights which are used by yours are enough for a lean body? Normally lots of person thinks that lifting heaviest as soon as possible. İs it right?

  18. Guys!!! I love this workout video. Ive been doing it a few times a week for the past month and I keep coming back to it. You are so motivating. I love that I'm getting a good workout without all the bells and whistles. I don't feel rushed through the moves or pressured to do it exactly…I have time to perfect the move and really focus on what I am doing. Keep up the good work. Im going to keep coming back to this until I can get my weight level up and then I'll be trying out a few of your other videos. God Bless!
