  12. I'm almost seventy and had got very unfit. Been watching this every other day for two weeks now. Today I upped my dumbbell weight to5k from 1k. Didn't have any in between but it was good. Today I sweated.

When I do squats, it seems like I'm not really working my butt, the soreness a day after comes from my quadriceps instead |: How can I make sure that I'm using my ass muscles? (I do squeeze my glutes, maybe I'm still doing it wrong somehow?) Thanks!
