    * if your looking for the list u ether scroller past it but if u need it it’s.*
    – [ ] 20 squats
    – [ ] 20 curtesy squats (left leg)
    – [ ] 20 curtesy squats (right leg)
    – [ ] 20 donkey jump kicks (left leg)
    – [ ] 20 donkey jumps kicks (right leg)
    – [ ] 20 lane lifts (right leg)
    – [ ] 20 lane lifts (left leg)
    Get water n stretch for as long as u want at the end!
