  12. I was going to do just back and biceps but I accidentally started doing legs…. whoops!

  22. Hi guys please I just started this program and I did Tuesday today but I went a little too hard on my lower back so now it’s super sore please could I take one day off and do Wednesday the day after? Or should I just continue

  23. I was in the middle of my second week of this program when I realized there's no abdominal exercises! Is this intentional or an oversight? Where would I put them in this program? What kind of exercises should I do? How many sets and reps of each?
