  7. Started with your videos 3 years ago, and while I've moved on to MMA and weight lifting as my primary workouts, I come back to your videos when I don't have time for the gym or when I have an injury and need a lower impact work out.

    These 1000 workouts are so much less miserable than when I started. Thanks for doing what you do and keeping me motivated all this time.

  10. I used weights of 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs), how many calories do you think I burned? I am 177 cm and I weigh 60 kg (132.3 lbs).

  13. Well, I only burned 477 calories going HARD because I don't weigh enough to burn 1000 haha, but oh man, this was AWESOME! I really liked the variety. It kept me interested and engaged and pushing hard the whole time. Thanks, Daniel!!!!

  14. A few days ago I tried to do this and barely made it through HIIT. Today I tried again. It took me almost 2 hours because of the breask but I did it 😃😃😃😃 I'll try again in a few weeks and see if I can bring that time down. Workouts with Daniel are no joke dude 😅

I underestimated the power of these as it's been three years since I last really worked out, I used these to lose nearly thirty pounds when I was 13 and I got super skinny and fit, but too skinny. So I gained weight over the years, now I'm 17 and getting rather chubby again so I went to planet fitness. Only issue was I gained even more weight and couldn't figure out why. I run miles on end, but the weights really put the pounds on and I only bulked even more. Went back to these two days ago and I sweat more than I ever do at the gym and my body is actually sore for once. Love you guys and all that you do, it truly has helped me and many others. Thank you!!

    I really appreciated doing a different ab exercise each time. Usually when we do ABABAB I come to dread the next round. But when I don't know what is coming I think about it less! And I still get a great workout. Thank you!

  26. Wow I’m so happy I finished this now I have learned to not binge on 1000 extra calories ever again. Although I know it’s impossible to be perfect all the time. Push through my friends. Think about how time passes. If you don’t do this about an hour from now imagine if you would have done it? A whole hour you wasted. Do it for yourself. LOVE YOURSELF!
