  12. Cannot do suitcase crunch. Any idea? I think I tend to use upper body, or spine to get up.

  13. I feel almost nothing in my abs. Everything that is actually burning is my legs.

  14. This actually does work I got my sister doing it and I helped her out now she's posting thirst trap posts on ig lol. Just be consistent with it ladies! And do eat healthy my sister is a vegan so it's no problem for her now.

  26. When I was in shape, I did this workout in a breeze. When I haven't done anything for several months, this video kick my booty!

  27. i've been doing this workout everyday for the past week, and plan on continuing it as a daily workout for the next several months. i'll update every now and then to let you know my progression! for the past three years i have been extremely insecure about my stomach, and dread being in a swimsuit. although i am 5'1'' (158 cm) and 105 pounds (47.6 kg), i still have fat (mostly on my thighs and lower stomach) which i hate. my problem isn't a lack of muscle, but rather that i have a layer of fat over what used to be abs. anyway, i am very hopeful about this workout, and that i will be able to wear a bikini with confidence by summer! good luck to everyone and i wish you all happiness found within yourself 🙂
    *i am 15 years old and will not be on any diet, but will try to watch what i eat best as i can

  42. This worked, did it 3 weeks and didn't look at the mirror, then after all that time i checked by stomach the abs were there.

  43. When we were on the last 5 seconds, I was like the world is over 5,4,3,2….. And 1! And then the melodious "aaaaaa". And here I am sweating and panting and Kelsey is like still able to stand up and speak.

  44. This is the best ab workout. I've been doing this for about a year now and have seen the best results compared to any other ab workout I've ever done.
