  4. Yesterday was day one, I forgot to post. It was really intense; I got tired really easily. I was out of air at the 3rd-4th exercise. My tummy really doesn't have the curves I wish it had; it's really inflated. I hope that changes through time

    im going to do this every day for the next 90 days, up until i see my long distance boyfriend for the first time! I am already toned, but I want to get my ab crack deeper, body toned, and looking even nicer! Will update on results as progression continues.

  13. Nice workout but that's not really a plank. The Butt shouldn't be higher than the rest of the body.
